Terms — Client Services Agreement
Version 1.1 — 2 November 2026.
Between SPHURATTA PROJECT CAPITAL INC., operating the Contract Counselling service line (“Provider”), 4908 Argyle St, Port Alberni, British Columbia — and the client named in the booking (“Client”). Sessions under this Agreement are delivered personally by Oleksii Miatelskyi, Transactional Analyst (“Practitioner”).
1. Nature of services
The Practitioner provides counselling and coaching sessions using Transactional Analysis (TA) for personal and professional development: communication patterns, relationships, work situations, life transitions and leadership questions. The scope of the services — and what they are not — is defined in the Disclaimer on this site, which forms part of this Agreement.
2. Fit and referral
If a request falls outside the scope above, or the Client's needs would be better served by a licensed professional, the Practitioner will say so and provide referrals. In a crisis, the Client will contact 988 (call or text, Canada), 911, or a local crisis line — the Practitioner does not provide emergency services.
3. Contract for the work
Each engagement begins with a clear, mutual agreement (“contract” in the TA sense): the change the Client wants, in plain words, reviewed together at agreed points.
4. Sessions and format
Sessions are held by video across Canada; in-person in British Columbia by arrangement. Lengths: as booked (20/30/60/75/120 min). Clients located in Ontario or Quebec receive coaching-format services (goals, skills, communication) only.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are those published on the website at the time of booking (CAD, via Stripe; the payment recipient is SPHURATTA PROJECT CAPITAL INC.). Packages (6 or 12 sessions) are to be used within the period stated at purchase. A limited number of reduced-fee places (30–50%) are offered monthly on request.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the session; later, the session is charged in full. If the Practitioner cancels, the session is rescheduled or refunded, at the Client's choice. This section does not limit your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia), including your right to cancel a future services contract within 10 days after receiving a copy of it.
7. Confidentiality
What the Client shares is confidential, with the limits required by the law of British Columbia: risk of serious harm to the Client or others; suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person; a court order. Session notes are kept minimal and stored securely.
8. Records and privacy
Personal information is handled under the Practice Privacy Policy (PIPA, BC). The Client may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
9. Ending
Either side may end the work at any time. Unused prepaid package sessions are refunded pro rata, less sessions already held.
10. Your statutory rights and your copy of this contract
Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia). For prepaid packages and other services to be provided after payment, you may cancel within 10 days after you receive a copy of this contract, for any reason, and you may cancel at any other time under section 9; on any cancellation under this section we refund all amounts for services not yet provided within 15 days. A copy of this contract — these Terms as accepted at your booking, together with your booking details (service, price, dates) — is sent to your email at booking and is your contract copy.
