Privacy Policy (PIPA)

What we collect and why
Contact details (name, email, phone) — to communicate and provide the service. Booking and payment records — processed by Calendly and Stripe; card data never reaches this site or the Practitioner. Intake and session notes — minimal, for the work itself. Ego-State Lab answers — at this stage they are calculated and kept only in your own browser, on your device, and are not sent to us; when the anonymous research collection opens, they will be stored separately from any email address (see Research Consent), and emails for the PDF report will be held separately, under separate consent.
Who receives data
Hosting provider, Calendly, Stripe, the email service — only as needed to run the service. Data is stored in Canada where the provider offers a Canadian region. No sale of personal information, ever.
Retention
Client records are kept while the work is active and then per the practice retention schedule; raw survey data, once the research collection opens, will be kept 5 years, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights (PIPA)
Request access, correction or deletion of your personal information; at this stage survey answers live in your own browser and are removed by clearing the site data, and once the research collection opens they can also be deleted by result ID.
